This product is obtained using carefully selected Italian artichokes which have their outer leaves and stalks removed before being cut into quarters and grilled on both sides. They are then preserved in sunflower seed oil seasoned with herbs and spices. This product is very versatile and gives a high yield. Ideal as a side dish, served at cold bu ets and as a topping for pizzas, bruschetta bread and in vegetarian dishes.
