ScanDaoBao 618 Mid Year Sales 2021 Lucky Draw

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) shall govern the “ScanDaoBao 618 Mid Year Sales 2021 Lucky Draw Campaign” (“Campaign”):

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The Campaign organized by TRODIV TRADING (M) PLT. (“ScanDaoBao”) will run from 18 June 2021 00:00:00 to 18 July 2021 23:59:59 Malaysia Time (“Campaign Period”). By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customers hereby expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and the decisions made by Revenue.

ELIGIBILITY

1) Subject to the Terms and Conditions, in order to win the Campaign prize, participants need to meet the following requirements (“Eligible Customer”):

a) Have a registered account on ScanDaoBao.com

b) Spend a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction during campaign period

c) Follow ScanDaoBao Facebook page to get informed about the winners result.

2) The following transactions are NOT considered as Eligible Transactions: -

a) transactions which are subsequently cancelled or refunded (whether full or partial cancellation or refund of purchase orders) including but not limited to transactions cancelled by Bank, Seller or Buyer for any reason whatsoever; or

b) transactions which are disputed or deemed to be unauthorized or fraudulent.

CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

1) During the Campaign Period, registered members of ScanDaoBao Marketplace or the ScanDaoBao Mobile Platform members who completed an Eligible Transaction will be eligible for a chance to win the following:

2) Eligible customer will have to spend a minimum of RM100.00 in a single transaction to be entitled for the lucky draw

3) Eligible winners will need to like and follow ScanDaoBao Facebook page.

4) Each user is entitled to a maximum of 5 entries, where each eligible transaction is entitled to 1 entry during campaign period.

5) Winners will be announced on Facebook Page via FB Live on the 23^rd July 2021.

6) Winners will have to message ScanDaoBao Customer Service Team via Facebook or email with confirmation of their address by 28^th July 2021.

7) All Prizes will be sent out by 30^th July 2021.
